Our Houses

Glenthorne House

Glenthorne House is our flagship offering. We transformed this beautiful, 200 year old building on a cobbled street in Southville just a stone’s throw from the Harbourside, into the most state-of-the art co-living accommodation found in Bristol.

May House

“May House” is one of our latest and highest standard offerings. In mid 2023, we converted this house into the most state-of-the art co-living accommodation found in the city. Located in a quiet cul-de-sac just off the Bath Road in Brislington, it is ideal for young professionals looking to commute into the city.

Aplin House

Aplin House is our most ‘custom built’ development to date. The extension we built constitutes around 70% of the total building size, meaning we have been able to design the building from scratch without being tied to existing walls etc. This house features 5 stunning bedrooms, large kitchen diner, downstairs toilet and a separate laundry room.

Phillips House

Completed in August 2022, Phillips House is the second house we developed at the old Aplin’s bike shop site. Named after the Phillips Moped, which was the most popular bike they sold. Now a beautiful light and airy home, resided by our members: Ben, Abi, Ellie, Gareth, Isobella and Nick.

Cicely House

Cicely House was the first of three new houses we developed at the old “Aplins” bike shop in Arnos Vale. Completed in February 2022, Cicely House is a beautiful large house with huge bedrooms, high ceilings, and en-suite bathrooms. Home to Abbey, Cam, Ghaydaa, Erin, Melissa and Ethan.

Brunel House

We set out to create Bristol’s first purpose designed large co-living space - unlike anything else found in the city. Brunel House was our most ambitions project at the time, developing this 5 storey building to create a beautiful, sociable and functional home for 10 young professionals wanting the best the way to live and rent in the city. The building is actually split over 2 units, a four bed space and a 6 bed space. Home to Edward, Kieran, Lizzie, Mimi, Phil, Saphron, and Olivia, Bel, Ryan, Rory.

Banksy House

Banksy House was renovated in the Summer of 2020. Situated on a quiet street on the edge of Totterdown, we created a beautiful three story, 5 bedroom home. The property is next to a private park/picnic area, and is less than a 10 minute walk to Temple Meads and the Harbourside. Home to Polly, Noor, Annes, James and Sean.

Grant House

Grant House is a gorgeous, double fronted Victorian home in Totterdown. Refurbished in late 2019, we absolutely love this house - it has so much character. There is a lovely open-plan kitchen living space with bifold doors to the garden. Named after Bristol-born Hollywood actor Cary Grant, this house is home to Sarah, Ellie, Grace, Peter and Grace.

Fawlty House

Named after Basil Fawlty actor John Cleese who was born and raised in Bristol, Fawlty House was the first Key Living property. Renovated in the summer of 2018, this home is still as fresh and modern as ever. The home has 5 double bedrooms, and is positioned a stone’s throw from Victoria Park. Home to Rhiannon, Isabelle, Jack, Oli, and Rosie.

Cabot House

Situated on “Atlas” Road, we played on the travel theme by naming this house after Bristol explorer, John Cabot. We finished the refurbishment just before Summer 2021 and, with the addition of a loft conversion & kitchen extension, we created a beautiful 6 bedroom home next to Victoria Park. Home to Ben, George, Malaika, Mel, Raquel and Tom.
